We can assist you by suggesting appropriate builders, with preparing building tenders, arranging QS costings, reviewing tenders received and negotiation with preferred builders. We can also provide impartial recommendations on a preferred builder.

For most projects it will be necessary to engage the services of consultants. We can assist in this process by briefing and liaising with your consultants such as; surveyors, structural, hydraulic, geotech and mechanical engineers, arborists, heritage and planning consultants.

This includes contract preparation & administration during construction, issuing of instructions, certification of payments, approval of variations, and regular inspections of the site works for compliance with approvals and building practice. An important step in completing the design.
