Cutler House - Clontarf - Substantial Renovation, Rear Addition and New Pool

This proposal completely changed the look of this large but dated home, creating a more streamlined composition of the building's mass, and open and light spaces on the interior, taking advantage of the panoramic ocean views.

This project displays how an existing, older style home can be cleverly redesigned to look like a brand new and contemporary residence.
