Dado House - Bayview - New House

This site offered many advantages to the project overall with its wide street frontage and elevated ground level. The existing building however was dark and the spaces were very compartmentalised limiting flow to the leafy outdoor setting.

The home was completely demolished and a large two storey house was proposed allowing light-filled spaces and improved connections to outdoor spaces both to the front and rear.
