The brief from the clients for the overall feel and design of the interior was to imitate the concept of the Four Seasons Hotel interior design with a strong emphasis on luxurious finishes and exceptional detailing.
Meticulous Detail:
The completed interior design involved a high level of input from both clients in selecting the soft furnishings, interior colour scheme, finishes and fixtures. Our role concentrated more heavily on custom detailing for the permanent interior and exterior fixtures with a combined total of over 400 sketches and drawings, covering every inch of the site.
Contemporary Accomodation:
The interior layout strongly resembles the concept of hotel living comprising of ensuites and balconies off every bedroom, a bar and pool room, cinema room, lift, double height rumpus and a full outdoor kitchen. A high level of detail and refinement was applied to all elements including the stair, mezzanine, kitchen, ceiling, fire places and also customizing details down to skirting and door frames all finished in high quality materials.
Full Home Automation:
The latest technology based systems were also incorporated seamlessly into the design, which included a full C-Bus Home Automation System. Features include the Luxury 10 seat tiered home cinema room, semicircular wet edge pool and spa with coloured LED lighting for the perfect party atmosphere.
This generously proportioned, high end design is a fine example of a well finished interior emanating a grand-luxe style and sophisticatication on the Northern Beaches.
