Art Deco House - Balgowlah - Upper Level Addition and Renovation

This project involved an upper level addition and renovation, which would integrate perfectly with the existing home without looking like an add-on. The proposed design replicates features of the lower level such as the original stained-glass windows and shingles to the front bays to help unite the two levels.

This recently completed design is a fine example of a successful integration between old and new to create a grand and traditional style home.
