Bar House - Balgowlah Heights - Upper Level Addition

This project involved an upper level addition where the footprint did not change. It was complicated by the fact that we could only build on the left half of the house, because the remainder was already 2 storey at the front.

The result is a stylish and contempory composition that incorporates a north facing top balcony to capture district views and sunlight.
