Ken Cottage - Clontarf - Additional Lower Level and Complete Refurbishment

This project presented an traditional, but dated 1950's home offering superior views over Clontarf. The extensive makeover involved reinstating traditional, decorative elements to the home and completely rebuilding the lower level.

The completed home incorporates luxury finishes and a modern, open plan configuration whilst maintaining the original characteristics and features of the home.
