Brief:
This existing and traditional 1950's weatherboard cottage required a complete transformation while maintaining the characteristics and features of the home. Additional accommodation with reconfiguring of the spaces was required, which better captured the wonderful views over Clontarf.

Solution:
This project involved an extensive makeover almost completely rebuilt with a new lower level and extended deck areas. Traditional elements such as the double-hung windows and fireplace were maintained combined with traditional luxury finishes, a raked ceiling and extensive landscaping.
