Project Details

Brief:

The brief was to improve the solar access and the street appeal with changes to the roof design and to modernise the dated facade. The interior also required significant spatial improvements and a better connection between the levels and outdoor spaces to take advantage of the spectacular views.

Solution:

The proposed concept design creates a more unified family home with a direct access stair, improved connections between levels and better defined spaces whilst improving the overall look of the home.

Changes to the roof and the addition of hi-level windows to the north have transformed the living areas creating lighter and brighter spaces.
