One of the biggest blocks in Freshwater at 1715 sqm, it was too good to miss. We could have fit three houses, but my clients just wanted their dream home.

The result is a resort-style timber and weatherboard beach house designed to make the most of a huge block and provide uncompromising, entertaining opportunities.

Facing north to the street, we wanted to create a subtle street presence and design the house around a resort pool and a huge alfresco entertaining area.

The house is white weatherboard with skillion roofs, high raked ceilings, clerestory windows and indoor-outdoor flowing living spaces.
