Scheduled site support
For clients who don't need full Contract Administration, we offer flexible site support on an agreed schedule — typically 2–4 hours per week, or fortnightly for smaller projects.
This service provides critical design oversight at a fraction of the cost of full contract administration — while remaining highly effective for straightforward builds where the client and builder have a good relationship.
