Feasibility Planning

Sketch designs and honest cost analysis, so you can decide with confidence whether to proceed.

Is your project viable?

Most projects reach a point where you know roughly what you want, but can't yet answer the critical question: is this actually achievable within a sensible budget? Feasibility planning answers that.

The grey area

You own a property and have a vision for it. After an Initial Service meeting we've explored your goals and the budget available. The straightforward aspects are clear — but your project sits in the grey area where viability depends on what can be achieved, the quality of the outcome, and what it will cost.

Until you can see how a plan looks — how much space there is, what the street appeal would be, how it flows — you can't make a confident decision. That's exactly what feasibility planning resolves.

Our process

  1. 01

    Refine the brief

We work with you to distil what's essential from what's aspirational — reducing scope where possible to improve cost outcomes.

  2. 02

    Sketch design

2D plans exploring the key spatial decisions — enough to test the idea without committing to full documentation.

  3. 03

    Cost assessment

A realistic budget range using our costing calculator, so you can compare the investment against the outcome.

  4. 04

    Decision

Armed with a real picture of cost and outcome, you can decide whether to proceed — and if so, how.

What comes first

Before feasibility work begins, a few steps need to be in place:

  • Initial Service Consultation
  • Return brief and Terms of Service
  • Site measure (if not already done)
  • Planning check
