Before we can design additions or alterations, we need accurate drawings of what already exists. Our house measure service produces a complete set of as-built floor plans and elevations.
What we measure
- All rooms, hallways and circulation spaces
- External and internal wall thicknesses
- Window and door openings with heights
- Ceiling heights room by room
- Roof structure and pitch
- External elevations to all faces
- Levels where relevant to the scope of work
What you receive
A complete set of existing condition drawings in CAD format — floor plans, sections and elevations — which become the base drawings for all design and documentation work that follows.
These drawings are prepared within our 3D BIM model (ArchiCAD), meaning they integrate directly with the design process rather than needing to be re-drawn from scratch.
