Initially we were engaged for an ‘Initial Service’ to be a renovation of an existing cottage. After a review and chat about budgets and likely building costs it was clear that a knock down rebuild was the best option.
With a wide frontage of 19m and relatively flat a double dutch gable facade was possible. A good front setback meant that Complying Development allowed for a quick approval.
