Designed collaboratively with our clients Marcia and Andrew, and beautifully built by Brunker Building Services, Woodland House combines contemporary aesthetics with functionality across every level of accommodation.

The design creates a seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces — a focus on space, natural light, open-plan living and quality materials that caters to a genuinely modern lifestyle. The result is a home that strives for harmony of form and function, crafted with precision and attention to detail.

The terrace with its integrated spa becomes a fourth living room, usable year round, with every bedroom level having its own outdoor space so the building never turns its back on the landscape.

The design thinking

Where indoors ends and outdoors begins.

The core challenge of this renovation was creating true continuity between inside and outside — not just doors that open, but a genuine spatial connection that makes the distinction feel irrelevant. Every room has a visual or physical relationship with the garden or sky.

The man cave beneath the double garage sounds like a practical afterthought — it's actually one of the most used spaces in the house. Designed as a proper room with natural light and its own access, it gives the home a flexibility that grows with a family over time.
